Our consultancy services are categorised into three core pillars of expertise.
Statuatory Alignment & EHCP Oversight
The rigiorous review of educational documentation, evidence synthesis for annual reviews, and strategic preparation for Local Authority or school liaison.
Curriculum Architecture & Alternative Provision
The design of bespoke learning frameworks, SEND-informed curriculum planning,and the coordination of flexible education programmes for the "hard-to-reach" learners.

A forward-facing service that integrates AI-Enhanced Eductional Strategy and advanced digital literacy to bridge the gap for neurodivergent learners, ensuring they are equipped with the techincal tools required for future autonomy.
A Structured, Time-Bound Approach
Professional engagement is always structured, focused on agreed objectives, and designed to provide clarity. At the outset of any consultancy agreement, the specific purpose and intended outcomes are defined to ensure support is appropriately targeted.

Professional Engagement Terms
Consultancy is charged at a flat rate of £750 per day or £400 per half day
This rate applies to all direct and indirect work, including online sessions via Google Meet, telephone consultations, and comprehensive email-based advisory
To maintain the clinical standard of our oversight, this rate also encompasses essential document review, data analysis, research, and the preparation of written feedback
All time is billed in full-hour increments (£100 per hour)
Where regional travel is required, time is charged at the standard hourly rate plus mileage at 45p per mile
Booking, Payment & Capacity
To ensure dedicated capacity and professional rigour, payment is required in full and in advance of any confirmed sessions or document review
Failure to secure payment will result in the suspension of services
We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy; sessions cancelled within this window are chargeable in full
While we strive for excellence in every advisory capacity, final decisions regarding EHCP approvals, school placements, or Tribunal outcomes remain the responsibility of the relevant statutory institutions
Governance & Confidentiality
All consultancy communication takes place via secured channels, including email and pre-arranged video conferencing
We do not provide unscheduled or emergency crisis support, as our focus remains on long-term strategic stabilisation
All discussions and documentation are handled with the highest level of professional confidentiality, in strict accordance with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy and ICO registration
