Kate | CEO & Executive Principal
BA(Hons), PGCE, QTS, M.Ed, PRINCE2® Practitioner, NPQSL (in progress)
As a Fast Track Teaching alumna and current Specialist Post-16 College (SPI) Deputy Head responsible for Teaching & Learning, Kate’s career is defined by high-level systemic leadership and a commitment to complex learning profiles.
With a Master’s Degree in Education and PRINCE2® Practitioner status, Kate ensures that every programme is not only pedagogically elite but managed with the operational rigour required by Local Authorities and statutory commissioning bodies.

At Dartmoor Personalised Learning, safety is the foundation of our practice. Kate holds the Diamond Professional Tier accreditation from the National College, representing the highest level of commitment to professional excellence and statutory compliance.
Strategic Digital Integration
As a specialist in the modern educational landscape, Kate is currently advancing through Google for Education (Level 1, Level 2, and AI) certifications. This ensures that every learner benefits from cutting-edge digital tools, AI-enhanced oversight, and the high-level technical confidence required for the 21st-century workplace.

Utilising Level 5 Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Child Psychology training to facilitate emotional regulation and cognitive stabilisation.

Expert navigation of EHCP Outcomes, statutory curriculum alignment, and multi-agency liaison.

Integrating advanced Computer Science and Digital Literacy to equip learners for 21st-century professional independence.
